Cleanliness: Please keep the facility clean and dispose of trash in designated bins.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Reservations: Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. Advance booking is recommended to secure your desired time slot.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Use of Equipment

Liability: Users are responsible for any damage caused to equipment due to misuse.
Instructions: Follow all operational instructions provided by staff. If unsure, please ask for assistance.
Prohibited Items: Food and beverages are not allowed near the simulators to avoid spills and damage.

4. Safety Guidelines

Clubs: Ensure adequate spacing between players when swinging golf clubs.
Shoes: Non-marking, clean footwear is required. Golf shoes with spikes are prohibited.
Injuries: The Golf Loft is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines.

5. Payments and Fees

Pricing: Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Check the website or contact us for current rates.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Damages: Customers will be charged for any damages to equipment or facilities caused by misuse.

6. Code of Conduct

Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is permitted only by the sale of The Golf Loft in designated areas and must comply with local laws.
Zero Tolerance: Abusive language, harassment, or aggressive behavior toward staff or other patrons will result in immediate removal and possible ban from the facility.

7. Waiver of Liability

By using The Golf Loft facilities, you acknowledge and accept that:
